Today we take a minute to check in on our summer interns and see what they’ve been working on over the past two weeks.

Along with all of their hard work for the marketing and PR team, they are also assisting the product team.  One of their most recent projects was creating mood boards for two of our B. Robinson brands: Adrienne Vittadini and London Fog.

According to Meredith from Product Development – “A mood board is a visual tool we use that shows the DNA and overall feel of what each brand represents. Each board features trends from the brand and how they are then related and shown throughout our eyewear collections. These mood boards will be placed in our showroom for Market Week to show buyers a bit more about what each brand represents.”

We asked Skylar about the process of creating these boards and she was kind enough to fill us in: “To get ideas for the mood boards, Jennifer and I went through the London Fog and Adrienne Vittadini inspiration decks. This helped us determine the personality of the brand. We then printed pictures that we felt represented the two brands as well as current trends that went along with the new collections.”

Take a peak at these two awesome boards, compliments of Skylar and Jennifer!
