David Yurman is showing its support for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month with an exclusive pearl bracelet; 15% of its sales will benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Wear this bracelet and support the millions of women whose lives breast cancer has touched.
Breast cancer survivor Betsey Johnson has a lot planned this October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. She hosted a party at her Soho boutique with Yoplait and Chambord to kick off the month - Yoplait supplied a yogurt bar and Chambord provided pink cocktails. A portion of proceeds from her stores throughout the month will be going to Fashion Targets Breast Cancer – a charitable initiative of the CFDA.
Legacie is also getting in on the action with a special edition Betsey Johnson sunglass, fittingly called “Survivor”. The handmade acetate sunglass features a black frame front with the iconic Pink Breast Cancer Ribbon metal plaque on both of the Betsey signature pink temples. A portion of the proceeds will go to Fashion Targets Breast Cancer.
Additionally, we created an “I Wear Pink For _____” themed Polyvore set featuring two pink frames from Kata Eyewear, the Reverse 10 (K210) optical frames in Berry and Rose, as part of the “Bringing Kata Frames To Life” series on the Kata Tumblr.
In addition, our Twitter, Kata’s Twitter and our Facebook will all feature a pink wash throughout October to show our support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
