Last month, Jaime and Jillian traveled to Hong Kong to hold meetings with our factories, attend the Hong Kong Optical Fair and, of course, to do some trend shopping.

Hong Kong is a fashion mecca with countless markets, shops, department stores and more.  From the ultra-luxe Lane Crawford to inexpensive vending machines, there is literally something for everyone’s budget.

The team highlighted these trends:

NEON – from bright to brighter, fluorescent colors were everywhere and showed up on everything from earrings to simple pins.

SPARKLES – the more bling, the better!

OMBRE – from hair to nails to dresses, ombre effects were in full force in HK.

TECHNOLOGY – Hong Kong is one of the most high-tech cities in the world – check out the two-piece ring that reveals a hidden USB drive!

SPLATTER PAINT –  edgy yet fun, paint splatters were a huge trend.

OVER THE TOP – minimalism is out!
